HAWL's Goals and Objectives



  • Promote and recognize the contributions of women in the legal profession and judiciary.
  • Enhance the quality-of-life issues for our membership.
  • Provide peer support for our membership.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts both within HAWL and with other organizations to enhance leadership opportunities, provide educational programs, and facilitate fellowship with other women's organizations.
  • Advocate and lobby for equal treatment of lawyers, litigants and witnesses.
